Today is European Heat Pump Day—a special occasion for our industry.
But for me, it’s even more exceptional, as today, after two years of preparation, I am proud to officially launch Heat Pumps Watch!
A non-profit organisation dedicated to sharing independent and clear information.
After two decades as a scientist, manager, and educator, I am deeply convinced: the greatest obstacle in the heating transition is not technical; it’s trust.
Heat Pumps Watch exists to bridge that gap.
We turn science into clarity, and provide independent, evidence-based information so that homeowners, professionals, and policymakers can make confident, informed decisions.
We have already begun our work!
Our first major initiative is an 18-part series: “Heat Pumps: Your Burning Questions Answered Now.” We will replace speculation with facts, covering crucial topics, from heat pumps in existing buildings to AI integration.
